I have been married for 8 years and have a lovely little girl and she loves having other children in the house to play with.  I hold a current first aid certificate and have just recently had a very successful Ofsted inspection.  I provide a home from home atmosphere. We enjoy many different types of crafts and activities which are planned each day and also I like to include some singing, dancing and playing of musical  instruments! I have a vast assortment of toys for children of various ages to cater to their individual learning needs and abilities. We often go for walks to the park and other recreational areas. I always ensure that the children in my care are well supervised, happy and having fun, and of course, that they are safe at all times. I provide healthy, well-balanced meals daily. I am a fully registered Childminder in Stansted Mountfitchet, within easy reach of the town centre and station. I offer excellent care for children from birth to 8 years of age.  I have worked in variuos settings, including a Children's and Family centre and an orphanage. Also I have worked with children in need and given support to families.  I also have got a little girl myself, she is now 14 months old and I honestly would say having my own child has enabled me to gain, more experience and knowledge than any course I have attended or qualifications I have gained. I now understand how parents feel not just looking at situations as a child care professional.  Before starting my child-minding business, I used to work full-time for an investment bank. I certainly sympathize with all working parents who need to leave their children durning the day. I also know how important it is to feel reassured that my child is in the best hands possible. I aim to provide a FUN, SAFE, LOVING home away from home for the children in my care. My house is geared towards creating an environment that allows children to develop at their own speed and where they can reach their full potential, while being stimulated, creative and happy. I endeavor to make their development and learning exciting and challenging.  We regularly visit playgroups, where children can interact. We also visit the park,  the zoo, the local library and participate in activities arranged by the children centre. We do a lot of art and craft activities, messy play, sensory play, etc. I make sure that I communicate and brief parents regularly on their children's development and reassure them that their children are lovingly cared for and most of all are having fun!  I have all the necessary qualifications to comply with Ofsted regulations to enable me to be registered with them, training is ongoing and updated regularly.
