I am in my second year of my course. My course is BTEC National Diploma in children's care learning and development. Once I have finished my course I will have 3 A levels, and will be a fully qualified nursery nurse. I am CRB checked. Part of my course is to attend work placement at schools and daycares, I attended a local school for a year, I have had lots of fun and have gained a real understanding of the school environment. I then worked in a daycare with childen from 3 months to 5 years. This was a great experience. I am now working at a local nursery school, I enjoy what I do, I love caring for children and helping them develop to their full potential. Over the two years I have gained a good knowledge of the early years foundation stage and the national curriculum.
