My work hours are quite random (I work around the 24 hour clock), so I'm hoping to come to an arrangement with someone who's willing to be flexible (with a bit of notice) and work a different pattern most weeks. This childcare will be in addition to the two half days when my son attends nursery and would some weeks include some evening babysitting, when agreed in advance. There may be the odd early start or late finish but overnight care would not be needed and most of the nannying would be daytime hours. It's unlikely I would need a nanny at weekends. I would be happy to guarantee a minimum number of hours, (I am estimating 5 initially) with the understanding that these may increase slightly on some weeks.
