  About me:

I am a friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic person who enjoys taking in part in various sports specifically Hockey and Football. I also enjoy socialising with friends, family and new people in my spare time.
I consider myself a very motivated and an active individual who can work well with others and under pressure.
This was evident when I worked in the USA as a soccer coach for challenger sports. One of my responsibilities was to direct a team of coaches to deliver a safe, inclusive and active week long soccer camp suitable for a range of age groups.
I believe I am reliable, honest and a very friendly person who has learned and developed more independence, better organisation skills and self-discipline from my previous experiences.
One of my many qualities is that I am able to relate to children and find common social ground. This has helped me manage behavior of unique characters in my recent work as a support worker and as a football coach in previous years. My role as a support worker at pant yr. odyn residential home has allowed me gain invaluable knowledge and understanding of working with adults with severe learning difficulties. This has also allowed me gain experience in dealing with disruptive and destructive behavior and what measures are best to use in each different situation.

I went to work in the use for challenger sports on three separate occasions: firstly to the Seattle region, secondly to the Colorado region and lastly to the Atlanta region. My role was to prepare, deliver and evaluate soccer sessions during week long summer competitive and recreational camps. This job required me to be mindful of health and safety, safeguarding of children and responsible for making my sessions inclusive, fun and relevant to the challenger sports curriculum. I have also worked in Swansea as a football coach for Swansea schools football association providing after school sessions for children of primary school ages . both experiences have allowed me to gain vital knowledge and understanding of restorative practice and the United Nations convention on the rights of the child
