Throughout my life so far, I have cared for Children from ages 1 - 9, and the Elderly, and from this get such a sense of joy from helping them.
Whilst at secondary school I helped at Our Lady of Compassion Catholic Primary School for my year 9 work experience week. During the week I assisted with the setting up of the classrooms, helping a year 1 class with mathematics, reading and writing on an individual and group basis and assisted with any administrative duties that were needed. I really enjoyed this role, and from this point just wanted to find a job where I can help Children grow and learn. It is important to me that others feel valued daily, and so having values and traits within an environment for people to follow and aspire to is a very positive thing. |
