My name is Malgorzata but evryone calls me Margo. I have lived in the UK since 2013, the decision to move was due to a job offer for my husband. This decision turned my life upside down, I had to change my qualifications, because I always loved children, I decided to learn in this direction.
I am a nurturing and responsible with a few years experience, references, I love children and work with them is huge pleasure I was always surrounded by children, not just my own but also all my friends and family. In my spare time I volunteered in a swimming pool to help the children and teach them swimming and also when my children were small I helped their friends to understand maths. My children often bring their friends to home at the weekend. We have made quite an art of cooking parties. I worked with the children to teach them the basic cooking techniques and they created the evening meal which we all enjoy together.
I had finished Early Years Child Care Level 3 in Solihull College . The foundation age group is particularly appealing to me because children are very impressionable, interested in learning, and open to new concepts. Also, I have some good skills to support children with special needs.
Personal attributes
Patient and I love of working with children.
Good knowledge of the children behaviour and psychological problems.
The ability to build good relationships with children and adults.
Fast learner and highly motivated.
Capable work under pressure and high standard.
Willing to learn new skills in order to enhance my abilities.
Excellent ability working with a group.
Excellent organisational skills.
To leave your child with an almost complete stranger is possibly the most important decision you as a parent would ever have to make - that's why you need to be comfortable and 100 happy that your are leaving them with a fully DBS checked/experienced/qualified person who your child will be happy and content with. |

To whom it may concern,
Re: Malgorzata Mackiewicz
I have known the afore-mentioned person in my capacity as ESOL tutor at Solihull College for 7 months.
Since she joined my class, I have found her to be an excellent student. She is extremely conscientious, organised and punctual. Her attendance is excellent and she regularly completes homework. She works well independently and as part of a team. She is a very popular member of the group.
I have no hesitation in recommending her as an employee in your company. She is an extremely reliable and trustworthy individual and I am confident that she will be an asset to any organisation. If you require any further information, please contact me on the telephone number or email address above.
Yours faithfully,
