| I am Rhianne, I'm 21 years old. I am originally from England but relocated to Scotland last year, I am live with my partner and my little dog in a small flat in Falkirk. I enjoy going for long walks, writing blogs, going out on trips and cooking. I have been brought up in a amazing household with a large family, I was a young carer for my Nan and my great aunt for most of my early teenage years until we were unable to care for them anymore. I began working officially in care in early 2016 after leaving university, I worked in a nursing home in a palliative care and advanced illness unit which I throughly enjoyed this was the step I needed to build my confidence in care. When relocating to Scotland I began working in another nursing home in a dementia unit which I also loved. I am starting University in September 2018 at the University of Stirling and will be doing Adult Nursing Honours Degree. I am compassionate and trustworthy and I believe in not only supporting someone physically with day to day life but also mentally and spiritually. I am a quick learner and I have decided to go privately as I feel this well help me build a relationship with the person I am caring for. |
