Looking after two fun loving, energetic children, a 3 year old and a 9 month old, the role will involve three to four days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday but can tweak if necessary) typically 8am to 7pm. There will be some overtime in the form of babysitting on an adhoc basis. Start date will be mid June. Crucially, we are looking for someone who is practical, reliable, trustworthy, kind and fun, who has had experience with babies and toddlers. The role will also include carrying out some household chores (typically ironing, cooking for the children (and us occasionally if at all possible), general tidying and ad hoc tasks). Ideally, you will enjoy being outdoors and willing to muck in with this busy rural household. Job requirements: Fluent English essential Baby and Toddler experience preferred Driving licence essential Childcare qualifications desirable but not essential Verifiable references in the UK and must be eligible to work in the UK Recent DBS check & paediatric First Aid preferred Dog and animal friendly essential as role will involve walking the dog/s and assisting with other animals.
