Unable to meet potential nannies at present* I am looking for someone to look after my 3yo son at my home, four days a week from 10am-7. 00pm. I am working from home so there is some wiggle room re timings/working hours. The position will be for a year with the possibility to extend. I am looking for someone who is caring, patient, with some knowledge of attachment theory and gentle/positive parenting principles. Current DBS, clean drivers licence and paediatric first aid are essential. NVQ level 3 or equivalent childcare qualification would be desirable but I am more interested in how well the nanny will engage with my son. I would also like our current routine to be followed in order to reduce any disruption to his daily activities.
