| Our work hours are quite irregular. I will USUALLY leaving the house at 9 and returning at 6:30-7:30. My partner works different shifts, he leaves the house at 8 / 11/ 3 depending. So on the days he is working those shifts you could arrive later. We would like to have someone who we pay on a weekly basis rather than hourly. |

| We would like a lovely caring nanny to take care of our little 8 month old girl Mia.
We would prefer someone who we can pay on a weekly basis (rather than by the hour) and who is flexible to suit our hours which can be unpredictable. I will try to get home in time for her bath in the evening most days (as it would break my heart to miss it all of the time) but some days it will be later and I need to know that is ok with my nanny. We could guarantee the same wage every week, but the hours may vary within the 9-7. My partner works in a restaurant and does a mixture of shifts, sometimes he is home in the am (working the evening) and sometimes he is home in the evening (working the daytime). I work as a Freelance Tv producer so I work on a contract basis – they can be anything from 1 month to 6 months long.
I am hoping to start a new contract in early June which will run until the end of the year. There would be a break in the summer (july 15 - aug 13) as we are going away.
So I am looking for a nanny to work
1) beginning of June until 13th July
2) 13 aug - end of december (roughly)
if this can be the same nanny that would be excellent but I understand that due to the month unpaid in between we might have to find 2 different nannies.
I would like a nanny who loves going out to groups and children's centres as Mia is quite sociable.
I hope that our unusual work requirements can be met by a lovely nanny who is flexible. It would be best if the nanny were local as it would make her day easier (victoria park, tower hamlets, london).
