My husband and I are both medical doctors with highly demanding roles. Hours can be very long, very early and very late and this means that unfortunately, my time with my son is compromised. I miss him every hour of every day at work. My son is 17 months old and is delightful. In fact, he is a pleasure to look after and seldom causes any distress to himself or others. We require a nanny to look after him in the comfort of his own home most mornings between Monday and Friday. The hours will be reviewed on a regular basis and altered depending on our requirements given our working commitments. Morning starts will require a degree of flexibility from our nanny as we may have to leave our son in her care as early as 6.30am on some occasions.
