Work Experience Job Title Customer Service Company FCB Artisan Espresso Bars City Birmingham International Airport e. g. London Time Period I currently worked there for three days has I was given the opportunity to be apart of the FCB team to provide the best service for the customers. I had the best experience working with FCB as I developed many skills including developing more effective communication skills, learning about different types of coffee and how they are made, greeting the customers to make sure they are provided with the best service enabling the customers to enjoy their time whilst at the FCB. I cleaned up after customers were finished and made sure our display would be appealing for more customers when they look at our shop. I prepared and served many different types of coffee, teas, hot chocolate, smoothies and juices which were made by me.

Broadening Choices for Older People
Responsibilities During my time at the care home I cared for elderly individuals that suffered with dementia, loss of sight and speach, physical impaired. This consisted of feeding, talking to many elderly individuals to keep them occupied. We set activities for them to participate in such as fancy dress, jigsaws and exercise classes to key their health and well-being in good condition. Skills Used At this job I developed my communication skills majorly as elderly usually find it harder to understand or hear. Also my time keeping was developed throughout my time at this job as I never allowed myself to be late or left an unfinished task - I made a routine for myself and stuck to it to keep up with everyone else and stay on target. My social skills were used and developed more as I interacted more with elderly and staff whereas I am used to having people my age around me socially so it was a different experience for me and i thoroughly enjoyed the amazing experience at my time at the care home.
