| My name is Demi Noakes and I'm 19 years years old, I have 6 siblings, between the ages of 10 months and 17 years old. I have previously worked In a nursery working in the baby room which I really enjoyed. I am going to university in September to study primary school teaching. I'm a very friendly unique young lady who loves being out and about in the fresh air doing different activities. I love working with children and helping them develop into unique individuals. I am also in the process of qualifying for my dance teacher qualification which I have a very big passion for. I have both level two and three in health and social care which covers a lot to do with children. |

I have worked In a nursery looking after children whilst their parents were at work. I made sure the children were happy and I met all their needs. Undersranding the children and the parents were key and I built a strong bond with both, which made it easier for the parents leaving their child with me as they trusted me.
I have also worked in a family run dance school, where I have taught a class of 20 to 25 children, I've learnt how to communicate best with different age ranges.
I have worked in Victoria school which is a school for children with disabilities whilst I was at college. This was the best work experience I did, and really enjoyed working with children with additional needs. This opened my eyes and made me look at like from a different prospective.
On top of my work experiences I have also done plenty of babysitting for family and friends. Working with children is something I love doing most. |
