I am a 27 year old single female living and working in Bristol. I have had an extensive amount of invaluable experience working with children during my time as a nanny and as a teachers assistant. I have often been commended for my calm approach with children and my ability to connect on a one-on-one basis. I am a hard worker and will always go that extra mile to please.
I enjoy writing and reading stories, listening to and making music. I am in the process of recording my first E. P and look forward to playing more live gigs. I am a proffessional 35mm photographer and often shoot weddings in the summer time. I have a BA (Hons) degree in Art photography where in my final year I focused my studies on photography as an art therapy. During my time as a teacher assistant I lead an art therapy session for a group of 4-5 year olds with learning disabilities and found it was very rewarding for both the children and myself.

I have had experience working in nurseries and schools, both mainstream and SEN settings as an assistant.
On set days during my time as a teachers assistant at Blackhorse Primary I would work one-on-one with a 5 year old boy on the autistic spectrum and during the rest of the week I was inbetween a mainstream reception class and the special needs department as teachers assistant. During this role I gained experience with a lot of different characters and different levels of needs.
I have also had a just over a years experience working as a nanny for a 3 year old girl and her families pet dog. This involves waking her up in the morning and helping her get dressed, making breakfast, dropping off and collecting from nursery, making lunch and providing fun stimulating activities and outings. I have a calm and friendly yet firm approach with her and am responsible for her well being and safety and take this very seriously.
I also have friends with babies and have often provided babysitting for them. |
