Dear Parents,
My name is Jelena and I am 39 years old. I have lived in London for 12 years, hold UK passport/clean driving licence and have a first class degree (BA Fashion Management). My English is to a native level.
I am devoted and professional childminder with a slightly different experience to a typical household nanny but I believe that my experience is very extensive and valuable.
For 8 years I had my own Educational and Play centre for children from 1-12 years . Due to my husbands new job we relocated to London recently and I want to carry on working with children.
I have 8-12 regular/enrolled kids (they change over the months/years) that come every day from 7am-3pm. Some of them stay 3 hours, some 4/5/6 depending on parents requirement. Every day we organise different fun and educational activities and arrange daily workshops from singing/drawing or foreign language learning (English or Italian). Children are provided with meals which we prepare on the premises.
After 3 pm we have play centre where they just play or have birthday parties and it is open to public. I also have hairdressing salon for children within the centre as well as open playground of 300 square meters where we organise different physical activities. Centre is open 7 days a week.
I also do loads of baby sittings in the evenings and private nanny jobs (on demand) after 3 pm. As I meet loads of parents and kids through work, they get used to me, so it became natural that they first come to me when they need a private nanny.
I am very energetic and dynamic and have tones of energy and common sense with very hands on approach. I literally do not stop in a day. I am very organised and very good in establishing relationship with kids and parents. I do it all- from running the business (paperwork, contracts, reservations, bookkeeper, shopping) to liaising with parents to understand their wishes and provide them with best possible service. Looking after children- playing, teaching, feeding, nappy changing as well as cooking and cleaning.
So, if you are looking for somebody who can hit the ground running and is very hard working do not look any further.
