  About me:

I am a quick learner who adapts easily into the role I am put in. I strive to learn and my eagerness becomes my capability in achieving my tasks by doing new things spontaneously, confidently, independently and smartly.

I have been working in schools, with pupils with challenging behaviour, working with them one to one, encouraging good behaviour, supporting EAL, special educational needs, ASD, motivating pupils to do their work, embracing good manners and positive attitude by being an example, a role model to the pupils.

I took part in teachers training days and team meetings, where our team would get together and share methods of handling any problems arisen and give each others feedback of pupil’s progressions.

I am someone who is committed and willing to go out my way in order to do my job right. I am multi tasked and I can do several jobs at once, as I have a flexible approach in doing my work and manage to maintain everything in order.

My previous work roles required the following skills good communication, negotiation, energetic, hard working, calm, understanding, friendly and most importantly have a positive approach in doing my job.
I am very friendly approachable person and confident in approaching others.

I am target driven and can work under tight deadline. I set myself goals that I achieve and make the next goal challenging for me to be more driven in reaching the targets.

I worked as a lunch time supervisor, where I had to think on the spot and get creative when children wanted to play different games. I have attend to children who needed first aid, as they cut or bruised themselves. I have also done my first aid and other training with my agency Prime Time.

Working with children has excelled my knowledge of handling different pupils in different situations, as you have a lot of children with different background. Some seem easier to handle then others but having the passion, to help the situation it becomes a goal for me to achieve.

I also have a current DBS check, driving licence and my own car.

I would be grateful if I could get the opportunity to gain more experience, as well as share my knowledge and abilities. I can assure you if I get this opportunity you would not be disappointed, I am very determined and love this area of work.
