Personal Profile
I am currently looking for work, where I can develop excellent customer service skills and the ability to work to targets under pressure. I am always helpful and adaptable with a team also well-liked by colleagues and management alike. I have a positive approach to work and would be fully flexible with days and hours. I am an enthusiastic person who is willing to learn new things all the time, I enjoy spending time doing things to benefit other people and making sure they are pleased. I am willing to do anything to the best of my ability at the task in hand. I enjoy being part of a team as well as working individually on jobs.
Key Achievement
In the past I helped to raise money as part of a team for Lampeter secondary school by doing a business plan in front of Antur Teifi to raise money and awareness of the environment. We went on to win the competition and as a group we won £750 for a wind turbine to be put in the school. I also used to help out with the local youth club on the Thursday night to enjoy myself and be a team leader as well. I have helped with a number of coffee mornings, I also did peer support every Thursday at the school, and the 6th form group with meals on wheels. Once a year I used do the bingo for the elderly down in the local village.

Here I was responsible for the administration of a busy office in Swansea. Skills Wales is a growing business that provides training for those who may not otherwise have access to training. I was responsible for filing and data input and familiar with the day to day compliance requirements on programmes.
