I am a mature child care provider with 30 years experience of supporting families and children within the midlands area. I currently hold a senior position within a Coventry city nursery school and family hub, with multi-agency experience. My child centred approach means I consider each individual personality and offer learning and investigative opportunities to suit. I use the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia, and encourage child enquiry, theory making and connecting with our natural world. I am hoping to move from a busy LEA nursery to offer my experience, love and energy on a smaller scale. Offering me the time I require to support children's needs and emotional intelligence.
