| I am a well travelled, post-graduate student living in the West end. I have grown up and studied in the West end and city centre of Glasgow for most of my life and only recently moved out of my family home to move into a flat with my long-term partner. I love to travel and have au-paired in a number of countries across the world including Australia and America. I love to be in the outdoors and I love working with children, hence why during the summer I work at a summer camp in Wisconsin caring for disabled children. I am very time conscious, organised and caring. I have particular skills with children that have separation issues and have no problem adjusting to new situations. Since 2013 to present I have volunteered in Notre Dame High School as a classroom assistant in History classes and so have a great deal of experience with girls aged 12-18. During the summers of 2016 and 2018 I have worked at a Jewish summer camp in Wisconsin, USA, looking after young children with prominent disabilities. Lastly, I worked as a nanny for twin boys, aged 2, in Brisbane, Australia for a mother who worked shifts as a nurse, from November 2017- April 2018. |
