About me:

Hi there. My name is Mina, I am a 19 years old Brazilian lady studying English in the UK from the start of November to December 21. I have dual citizenship, I am also Italian, so I am allowed to work in the UK. I speak Advanced English, fluent Portuguese and Intermediate Spanish.

I am a very friendly, loving, patient, dedicated and hardworking person. I love meeting new people and learning about new cultures, that's one of the reasons I chose a different country to live in and experience a different culture.

Besides that, because of my active and fun personality, I relate to children so much, so I really enjoy being with them.

I am confident with what I have learned in my previous childcare experience, even though is not in a professional basis.

I have taken care of many of my cousins since I am one of the oldest kids in the family, my family members always trusted in my babysitting skills. Some of my duties were to play with them, make plans during the week, cook and feed them. And that´s how I have learned to be responsible with children, but to have fun with them too.

My main goal is to provide a safe environment for the children, always following the parents routine and expectations.

During the course, I studied First Aid and CPR, following the American Heart Association guidelines. It took more than 20 hours of theory + 3 hours of practical training. So I have complete knowledge of the procedures, even the children ones because they are more specific. I also studied a subject called Customer Relationship Management, that focus directly on the customer-professional interaction.
