  About me:

I come from a big family and I am the second youngest out of seven children. I currently still live at home but I'm saving up to move out and I'm currently taking driving lessons and hoping to pass by the end of the year. Coming from a big family I have personal experience with young children as I have a lot of nieces and nephews, I also have experience with children who have special needs as my younger brother has klinefelters syndrome and my nephew has autism.
I love to play and I'm a very big fan of messy play and outdoor play. I love animals and actually studied animal care before I went into the childcare sector so pets don't bother me. I have worked in a nursery setting for three years and I gained my level 2 qualification in childcare with the company I am currently working for. The nursery I am currently in takes babies from 6 weeks and has children up to 5 years old. I have experience with all these ages as when I was training I had to spend a few months in each room and once I qualified I was based in the 1-2 year old room for a year and I'm now currently based in the 2-3 year old room. I am comfortable and confident to work with children of all ages.
I am a very happy and confident person who is also very understanding and patient. There's nothing I love more than playing princesses and superheroes and belting out a few Disney songs. I am a strong believer that children are children and should be allowed to play and learn through their experiences.
'Children are not to things to be moulded, but people to be unfolded'
