| Hi. My name is Taylor and I am an American from Phoenix, Arizona studying for my Masters degree here at the University of Birmingham. I have previously worked at Phoenix Children's Hospital as a Health Information Management Specialist. I also worked for 3 different pediatric surgeons (at the same hospital) babysitting/nannying/dogsitting/housesitting for 3 years. I have looked after children ages 1-12 and have had the best time whilst doing so. I feel that you can learn a lot from children and not just about the new toys and games coming out. I am an outgoing person and I prefer to join in with whatever the children are doing rather than sitting somewhere and "watching them". I grew up in a very active family where we often spent our time playing sports, swimming, video games, going to museums, parks, movies, and spending time with friends, pets, and family. I also enjoy cooking and learning new recipes from different cultures. I can help with homework since I have a diverse education. I really don't mind doing anything around the house (i. e. cleaning) but if I feel that it may be too much I will let you know. I am available anytime during the weekdays and weekends as I am currently finishing my dissertation. I am hoping to remain in Birmingham to work for the NHS after my studies.
