| I am an individual with lots of experiences I have worked in schools, care homes, chip shop and as a store assistant, I have also done jobs such as cleaner and health care assistant and interpreter. I have both the experience and the qualification for this job. I have 5 GCSE including English and math’s and a level 3 in health and social care. I have done a lot of baby sitting and worked as a state agent. I have been taking part in clubs and events and have been an ambassador and have excellent communication and listening skills. | I have worked in a nursery for a year, my role had included nappy changing, feeding cleaning up the area, making sure the children are clean, assisting them while they playing and doing activities. Spending time with them, giving them the attention they need and making sure their needs are getting met. Making notes on what they have eaten and what they did during the day. Speaking to their mums, and taking them to trips such as the park. Moreover when I had worked in a primary school my role had included helping the children with their class work, providing them with the care they need. Along with doing activities with them such as drawing and coloring. And working alongside with the teachers. however when working with the child who had special needs I had to make sure she was comfortable, making her know that I am there for her, approaching her in a friendly manner. Giving her one to one care. And helping her do her activities and socialise with other children. Making sure she is safe and that no bullying takes place as she is a vulnerable child. I had ensured that safeguarding had taken place. |
