My names paige, I'm a makeup artist in Glasgow who's looking for some during the week work. I love kids and animals so becoming a nanny sounds great to me. I am only 19 but I'm very mature for my age which I'm sure you'd see from speaking to me I also own my own flat and a viewing is welcome at anytime. I'm very family oriented, love arts and crafts, love makeup, love cooking and secretly I actually enjoy cleaning . I'm a very easy going and caring person who's always got a smile on my face.
I think kids should be looked after by someone they enjoy seeing every time, someone they trust, someone who will take them places and actually Spend enough one on one time to have a bond with them.
I very strongly believe kids should be kids and would love to take them to the park and outdoor activities, I have no issues moving the furniture and bringing out the big plastic mat to do some painting or paper mache, aswell as there welcome to bring there games to play on the Xbox one and a PS4 which we have set up to a projector so it's in big screen (must be confirmed by parents that there allowed to play if has an age restriction) . This is also connected to tv (all virgin kids channels available) and Netflix incase the kids wanted to have a cinema day. Homework and tutoring can also be done on request.
I do promote healthy eating and there is always loads of fruit and healthy snacks in the house but I do think kids should have a treat and unless the parent has asked specifically or the child has allergies they will be offered whatever they would like after there lunch.
Kids are welcome to bring a packed lunch but I am also willing to provide breakfast, lunch and dinner for them as we have a wide variety of food in the house and there will be a menu for the kids to choose from.
I have 3 years experience in looking after children and have also looked after children with special needs.
