| My name is Lucy Robinson, I'm 17 years old and I have recently left college with a Level 6 in Event Management, also I have Higher English and 6 national 5's that I have earned at St Ninian's High Sschool, however I have always had a passion for working with children as it brings me positivity and fulfilment and would love to pursue a career in which I get to work with children. My hobbies are spending time with my friends and family in my spare time, also most Sundays I volunteer at the homeless shelter and I used to play netball twice a week and coach primary school children, encouraging them to play sports to the best of their ability. |

My previous work experience includes working as an assistant teacher in which I worked with children both individually and in groups. Throughout this experience I learned to have patience and confidence whilst working with children and ensuring that everyone is being treated equally.
I also have experience when I volunteered as a Netball coach for just over a year as I encouraged Under 11's to learn at their own pace and to the best of their ability, during this experience I learned how to communicate with children by motivating them and staying positive throughout all the activities.
Whilst I studied at college I had the opportunity to arrange a Halloween Party for nursery children, prior to the event was very stressful as everything was handled professionally, however the outcome made all the stress worth it as the all the children were very excited and smiling the whole time which made me feel proud and excited for them. |
